Duties carried out:
 Prepare & Supervising System Formwork Schedules.
 Checking Levels & setting out works as per needed
 Prepare the documents for QA/QC check details.
 Coordination with Consultant and Project Manager regarding works and inspection and take
action and follow the instruction of Consultant and Project Manager
 Prepare a daily work progress according to the project planning
 Managing the laborers.
 Dealing with subcontractor and follow up work schedule by comparing with contractual
schedule.

2. Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd.
Involved in All construction activities, quantity survey activities and overall management of
proposed condominium Apartment,8 store building with 48 resistance houses. Ground floor and
basement are car parks.(LKR 360 million)
Duties carried out:
 Prepare the bar bending schedules and Supervising Reinforcement work
 Supervising of the formwork & concrete works
 Checking Levels & setting out works as per needed
 Preparation of Interim Valuation Certificates.
 Preparation and submission of main bill as per BOQ
 Preparation of sub-contractor bill
 Preparation of supplier bill
 Preparation of variation and additional/extra work
 Maintenance of ISO Documents
 Conduct meetings with Sub contractors on technical and quality issues
 Managing the laborers.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
 Graduated B.Sc. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering at University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka with Second
Class Honours (GPA is 2.7 out of 4),
 Certificate level in Human Resource Management.
