3. How the job inter-relates with others on the hierarchical structure:
It is very important that the different jobs communicate in order to produce a
good team ethic. Therefore, talking to the Stage Manager ensured that all
deadlines and allocation of jobs were understood and executed. This was
highlighted in the production meetings.
Equally, it was important to communicate deadlines and specific costume
requirements to the assistant costume / props team. Therefore, when quick
changes were required during the show, team members were able to
understand who they were allocated to and because of this the production
would run smoothly.
