My training divided into three durations :
The first one is on maintenance department ( for one month)
I have learned throughthis duration a software and hardware for Lenovo laptops, tablets and PCs.
And tasks that I have been given are Windows Installations ,error detections and correction for
Lenovo laptops, tablets and PCs and replacements of chunks suchas Mother boards , RAMs.
The second one is on servers department ( for one month )
I have learned throughthis duration Periodic maintenance on Banks and companies and mounting
servers and error detections fixing .
The third one is on networks department ( for one month )
I have learned throughthis duration what is the good programs for building topologies ,suchas packet
tracer and practical visiting for banks companies ,oral protocols for networks suchas DHCP , ARP
etc.. and configuration for topologies .
Tasks I have been given are building topologies on packet tracer on my own and building real
topologies on banks and companies ,dealing withprotocols and packet tracer and network
configuration .
