Construction of plant for deep processing of meat and the creation of an
irrigation system in the area of 700 hectares
Applicant: LLC «Shalabai»
The purpose and concept of the project are:
Production modernization, creation of a stable food
supply for the cattle breeding and production of
competitive meat products.
Period of realization: 2016-2020
Place of realization: EKR, Zharma rayon, Shalabai village.
Current state: For irrigating 700 hectares of arable land on the river
Kyzyl-Su is built reservoir capacity of 650-700tys.m3.

Applicant: LCC «Zelenstroi KZ»
The purpose and concept of the project are:
creation of a modern agricultural holding for
breeding and deep processing of complex technical
and forage crops
Period of realization: 2016 2018 years
Place of realization: EKR, Ust-Kamenogorsk
Current state There are 1600 hectares of land. Also all the
necessary engineering and transport communications
are available. Business plan.
Total cost of project: 400 million tenge
Required investments: 320 million tenge (876k USD)
Government support subsidies for feed production (seeds, fuels and
lubricants, herbicides, fertilizers).
Expected Result: The annual production of up to 37,000 granulated
concentrated feed, bioethanol and monosugars.

4. Construction corn-treacle factory

processing of corn starch release and other
products for sale on the territory of the region and
outside.

business plan, feasibility study for the project.

The purpose and concept of the project:
Increasing production and sales volumes in the
region and the Republic of honey products.

Project location: East Kazakhstan region, Ust-
Kamenogorsk city, Menovnoe village
Current Status: The construction of the plant and are maintained
interior finishing work. It is considering the
issue of the supply of equipment to suppliers.

development of agricultural tourism

Project location: East Kazakhstan region, Ulan
district, Kobayashi Utepov village
Current status: Available land of 580 hectares. The project is
under development
Total project cost: 370 million tenge
Required investments: 300 million tenge for the construction of the base,
a cafe, stables (821k USD)
Expected Result: restoration of the destroyed ethno-village of
Kush-Birlik with a single capacity of 60 persons

7. Construction of a hothouse complex
Applicant: LLP "Alzhan AGROTRADE"
The purpose and concept of the project:
Growing vegetable crops using advanced
technologies.
Period of realization: 2016-2017 years
Project location: East Kazakhstan region,
Ust-Kamenogorsk city
Current status: There is a 2.2 hectare plot of land in the area of
New Sogra. The necessary infrastructure is
lacking. PSD does not. There is a business plan.
The total cost of the project: 1 350 mln. tenge
Required investments: 1 350 mln. tenge (3.7 million USD)
State support: 1. Wrap the missing infrastructure on the
program "Business Road Map-2020";
2. Subsidize interest rates on loans, and leasing
of technological equipment and agricultural
machinery;
3. Investment subsidies for the construction and
expansion of the greenhouse complex.
Output expected: Annual production of
vegetables and 550 tons of cucumbers and 450
