The document outlines the rules and procedures for impromptu speaking events at the regional and state FFA conventions in Kentucky. It describes that separate impromptu speaking events will be held in various agricultural areas at both the regional and state levels. At the events, participants will receive two topics 30 minutes before speaking and must choose one to present on in a 6 minute speech.
