3. JOURNEY TO A HEALTHIER LIFE
Let the journeys in life be our goal and the persistence the sense
of life. Everyone deserves a life of their dreams, life that they
constantly dream about. Something that will fulfill them and
make them happy. A healthy life is our medicine, and the
medicine is our purpose. Exercise, healthy diet and lifestyle, and
good proper sleep will improve our life. If we consume enough
vitamins, we will strengthen our immunity, pair it up with good
exercise and be more physically active, we will strengthen our
endurance it will better the quality of lifestyle we have.
If we plant more pine trees we will fill our lungs with quality air,
we will make the surroundings greener.
plant and consume organic fruits and vegetables and we will
achieve healthier lifestyle and with the assistance of the clean
air, our lungs, our air quality, and quality of life will improve.
Our habits and persistence will be assisting us in achieving our
goals.
The desire will force us to accomplish our targets as seeing the
results we can achieve will motivate us to continue and believe in
our achievements. We need to believe and hope for better
tomorrow even though today seems difficult. we cannot give up on
our dreams to make the world a better place. Healthy life is the
most precious, beautiful thing someone can have.we cannot give
up after our first set back because after the rain there is always
sun. Our future depends on us and we will ensure that everything
we do will assists us in achieving our goals towards building the
best future we can possibly have.
