  2. 2. Nutrition Is the scientific study of food and drink To have a good nutrition, you have to eat food that contains nutrients, like: carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats and water.
  3. 3. <ul><li>Dairy products : Milk, yogurt & fresh cheese. </li></ul><ul><li>Meat : Chicken, turkey, seafood (tuna), derivates (jam, sausage) and beef (rarely). </li></ul>Favorable Food
  4. 4. <ul><li>Fruits : Grapefruit, pineapple, apple, orange, strawberry (3), cucumber, melon and papaya. </li></ul><ul><li>Vegetables : Lettuce, carrot, tomatoe, celery, broccoli and spinach . </li></ul>
  5. 5. <ul><li>Cereals : Integral bread, integral rice, oats, corn tortilla, and granola. </li></ul><ul><li>Nuts & legumes : Nuts and peanut (1). Peas and beans. </li></ul>
