The document describes Dunlap Principal's new evaluation process developed in response to 2010 education reform measures. It incorporates student growth components and aligns with Dunlap's mission and values. The evaluation has two parts: professional practice (70%), including goal-setting, observations, and self-reflection; and student growth (30%), assessed using ISAT, AIMS, STAR, and Plan/Explore/ACT scores. The evaluation committee selected and customized the Illinois state model and will continue assessing the process.
