We have takena number of steps in the past weeks to mitigate the spreadof the coronavirus (COVID-19) with
our Hotel andas mandatedbythe government, our hotel continues to operate but with limited service and
with skeletal work force only. The healthandwellbeing of our guests andcolleagues takes toppriority and we
are closely monitoring the situation.
In line with this, we are implementingadditional measures for the protectionandsafetyof everyone following
the guidelines of the Department of Tourism. Thus, we would like to advise the following:
1.STRICTLY STAY INSIDE YOUR ROOM, unless advised by your company.
2.Laundry cleaning is currently unavailable until further notice.
3.Cleaning of room can no longer be accommodated.
4.Trash bins shouldbe properlyplacedoutside your hallwayto be pickedup dailyat 3pmbyour Housekeeping
team for disposal.
5.Bathroom amenities will be given upon request from 9AM to 5PM.
6.Meals will be placed at your door step every8-9am, 12nn-1pmand 7-8pm. Please place empty bento box
inside the garbage bag.
7.All rooms are strictly non-smoking. If the room will be foundto have smoke smell, Php 10,000 cleaning fee
will be charged.
