2. NEW FEATURE | Ability to Set Base Audience for NOW@streams
Manage NOW@ > View NOW@ > Select appropriate NOW@stream > Edit NOW@stream

Set NOW@ Base Audience
Ability to Set a Base Audience for
NOW@streams. Base audience toggle
options are Profile Fields that exist
within your LE. The default is ALWAYS
set to “All Users”.
* EXAMPLE | We set the base audience to Location - Bozeman and we permission the NOW@ stream
to Title - CX Rep. - This NOW@stream is now available to only CX Reps. in Bozeman! Pretty neat,
right?

3. NEW FEATURE | Circle Avatars
Freshin’ up your site by adding circle avatars. Circles are the new square! This will change ALL avatars site wide
including: User Profiles, page widgets, course/module comments, etc.

4. NEW FEATURE | Cumulative Activity Report
Drumroll… Not one, but TWO new reports are have been pushed to your system!
The Cumulative Activity Report provides a list view of all courses/modules that exist including number of views and
completions. This report has full filtering capabilities allowing you to filter by any profile field that exists in your system (i.e
- location, title, ect.). Check out further details in our training video!

5. NEW FEATURE | Enrollment Set Report
The Enrollment Set Report provides individual user details based on a specific Enrollment rule set. This allows Administrators the
ability to filter reports highlighting users that have completed their assigned content AND identifies users that have overdue content.

Administrative Toolbox > Manage Enrollment > Select Enrollment Rule Set > Enrollment Set Report

* NOTE | Enrollment Set Report is generated for each Enrollment rule set in the system.

6. NEW FEATURE | Media Search Results
You read it and it’s true! The Global Search function can now return individual documents. This on/off feature allows
users to search titles and descriptions of individual documents and returns the document. Check it out below!
