ABOUT ME
I am a qualified Civil Engineer currently working as Structural
Engineering Intern and pursuing Masters degree in Structural
Engineering. I have exposure to various design codes and very good
knowledge in RCC and Steel structure design. I developed further
interest on Earthquake resistant design of structure and continuously
upgrading my self. I am constantly working on skills which industry
demands now a days. As highly passionate towards structural
engineering, I can work as a good team member and give maximum
contribution to the task. Am looking for a position which give me a

Performance Based Evaluation of Response Reduction Factor of Ductile Steel Frames (June 2018 – Present, Master
thesis)
 Design of ductile steel bare frames and braced frames according to IS800, IS1893 and FEMA 356. Nonlinear
Pushover analysis has been carried out using SAP2000 software.
 Performance limit of the structure fixed based on FEMA 356 and Response Reduction Factor has been evaluated
using pushover curve for every performance points.
Design and modeling of Truss Bridge (December 2017 – April 2018)
 Design of Truss bridge according to IRC 6-2016, IS 800 using CSI Bridge, SAP2000 softwares.
 Optimization of members to achieve economy and required performance.
Numerical Investigation of Seismic Behaviour of RC Building with Soil Structure Interaction (December 2017 – April
2018)
 Aim of the project is to find the importance of soil structure interaction while designing a structure and effect of
the same on internal forces and behaviour of the building. Soil foundation system modeled as linear springs
according to ATC 40 and validated with previous studies using Abaqus software.

3.  Design of RC building according to IS codes. Comparing the base shear, inter storey drift rocking of footing by
applying different ground motions which are previously matched with design spectra given in code using
SeismoMatch software. Non linear time history analysis has been carried out in order to get the behaviour of
the structure using SAP2000.
Performance Based Seismic Design of Mid-Rise RC Irregular Building ( June 2017 – November 2017)
 Aim of the project is to design the structure for required performance level and performance point using Hazuz
Manual.
 Design of Mid rise RC building has been carried out according to IS1893:2016, IS456:2000 and ATC 40. Using
SAP2000 linear Pushover analysis has been carried out in order to check the performance of structure.
