• Make sure your submission is as complete as possible
Fill in call for Makers by 15
May 2018
• You will receive your acceptance by end MayAcceptances will be on a
rolling basis
• Two weeks after acceptance is receivedReturn your agreement form,
make payments where needed
• Immediately after your agreement and payment are
received your information will be published on the website
Prepare your project/
workshop/ talk
• Schedule and layout will be given two weeks before the
eventCheck your schedule/ location
• Refer to the maker manual that will be shared with you
