5. THE DEATH
OF IAN.
(he committed
suicide)
On 18 May 1980, the eve of the band's first
American tour, Curtis was found dead in his home.
hangs himself in his kitchen. He was only 23 years
old.
Ian Curtis suffered from epilepsy and depression.
When he was singing, always made movements
like epileptic seizures.
CONTROL is a 2007 British biographical film about
the life of Ian Curtis.
