for high temperature (2006), a deliquescent air dryer (2007) and a membrane air dryer
(2007).

system of small and middle size to big size air cleaning system for special project such as
semiconductor, gas, refinery and oil industries.

Designed to handle inlet air at maximum 80 . a series of HYD-HD has the advantages over general air dryer in terms of installation, space and cost. And
also it has the air filter inside for filtering solid particles and vaporous oil to obtain stable and dean air.

© Structure and Features
- Blower purge type is economical in terms of operation cost for inhaling
and heating the outer air instead of the recycled air.
- Using the sub-heater reduces the electric cost.
• To enables exact operation by using the non-oil-feeding pneumatic and
to reduce the breakdown by impact for the cylinder control function.
- To be controlled at 12 and 16 hr per cyde as well as generaly 8hr per
cycle.
- Easy to check over leaking and valve operation by the purge pressure
control switch.
- To keep the stable outlet pressure by cutting off the purged air when
pressure downed
- Optional cyde control is available.

1 Compressed air is generated by the air compressor and contains a great deal of water
produced when foreign substances are compressed by high pressure.
2 Compressed air into the after cooler is cooled by a fan through moving within the
condenser, and then produced when temperature is lowered, the water is exhausted
through the drain.

dehydrating and is inhaled into the after air dryer, the air filter and the receiver tank.
