(2) Loyalty Discount sheet defines annual discounting schedule for customers who maintain their Professional Edition subscriptions, without interruption, for multiple years.
Loyalty discounting starts in Year 2, based on the Year 1 base price. See Loyalty Discount sheet for details. Note: Separate Loyalty Discount Schedules are provided for
(3.1) A Full User is entitled to full 24 hours of access per day, to all Openbravo and 3rd-party functionality. A minimum of 3 full users is required.
(3.2) A Casual User is entitled to 60 minutes of access per day, to standard Openbravo ERP functionality. This pricing option cost-effectively accommodates usage
scenarios wherein a significant portion of the end user community will only use the ERP on an infrequent basis, e.g. entering time, expenses, vacations, remote access by
sales reps to look up prices, etc. Note: This option is currently being piloted in Spain only. Partners in other geographies should work with their Channel Business
Manager to request exceptions. apply to the Casual User Pricing Option.
(3.3) Loyalty Discount does NOT
(4) Product available only with Openbravo Professional Edition. Openbravo will act as the single point of contact for all technology stack support issues.
(6) Oracle Standard Edition One may only be licensed on servers that have a maximum capacity of 2 sockets. Product must be purchased with Openbravo Professional
Edition. Licenses are perpetual. Starting in year 2, an annual support and maintenance fee of $1067.77 for Standard Edition One is charged.
(7) Oracle Database Standard Edition can only be licensed on servers that have a maximum capacity of 4 sockets. Oracle Database Standard Edition, when used with
Oracle Real Application Clusters, may only be licensed on a single cluster of servers supporting up to a total maximum capacity of 4 sockets. Product must be purchased
with Openbravo Professional Edition. Licenses are perpetual. Starting in year 2, an annual support and maintenance fee of $3221.73 is charged.
(9) Mandatory for all new partners. Consists of 1 online seat for the Basic Functional Training and for the Basic Technical Training that need to be consumed within 6
months. Access to its corresponding Certifications exams is included for free. Partner can also attend live courses when scheduled with an extra fee of only 500 € for both
(10) Consists of 2 weeks of on-site consultancy and 1 week of remote consultancy. Travel and expenses not included.
Please note that whenever on-site support is requested, prices do not include travel, accommodation, or Per Diem expenses for the full period (including non-working
days). Per Diem expenses charged at standard country rates. In terms of service delivery, customers are charged only for work and travel days.
