 General Accounting responsibilities:
 Preparing Chart of Accounts.
 Reconcile of bank Statements.
 Handling accounts payable and receivable and maintain financial monthly report.
 Responsible for Issuing / Receiving cheques for accounts payable/receivable.
 Receive cash and cheques,prepare and reconcile the cash receipts, and prepare regular bank
deposits.
 Prepares month end profit and loss reports.
 Prepares journal entries to record cost allocation or adjustments in the financial system.
 Responds to inquiries from suppliers, consultants and clients regarding the status oftheir
payments.
 Research, Identify and investigate over/undercharged payment and resolve discrepancy issues and
make the adjustment / refund if needed.
 Reviews and verifies invoices and their accompanying payment requests.
 Verification of the petty cash on daily basis.
 Complete control of fines and salik in regards to receiving from payment from customers.

 Preparing 45 employee’s payroll checks, WPS Sheets and managing wire transfer of salaries to
salary accounts through WPS.
 Maintaining various payroll related accounting statements and reports using QuickBooks
Accounting Software and presented themto the management.
 Recording and reconciling payroll information in the general ledger.
 Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in payroll accounts and documents.
 Verifying various sources of income and prepared reports based on these findings.
 Balancing the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
 Analyzing accounting options and recommended financial actions.
 Training and guiding payroll staff on how to handle various payroll issues affecting accounting.

 Car Rental Experience
 In-charge Sales and Operations Abu Dhabi Branch.
 Responsible for all retail operations including:
 Opening and closing of rental agreements in Car rental software and RTA System
 Maintain Quality Control by keeping the rental fleet in perfect condition prior to delivery
 Follow-up with the clients on regular basis for rental extensions, invoicing and post customers of
Salik, Traffic Fines status etc.
 Co-ordinate with the Credit Department in-case of any delay or default from the customer,
further keep close monitoring of vehicles with the fleet management team on day to day basis to
keep track of the availability of vehicles servicing, renewals of vehicle insurance, registration and
tracking system.
 Maintain open,close and replaced Rental Agreements in prefect order.
 Maintain RTA systemby positing data of the rental vehicle and customer information immediately
upon closing, opening and replacement.
 Maintaining a solid retail client’s database that will help me to bring business in a short period of
time.
