 AIDS and divorce were prevalent
 Comfortable using most electronic devides
 Came of age by 2000, M.S. Windows
 School teachers and leaders nowadays
 As influential as Boomers?

5. Millennials
 Mid 1980s to early 2000s
 Today's students
 Very diverse with different sexual orientation
 Value independence and individualism
 Majorly females
 Going to college is an expectation
 Too much after-college debt
 Vocational training
 Highly proficient with technology

6. Gen Zers
 Born in the 1990s
 Technology is ubiquitous
 Digital natives
 Multitaskers
 Educational games and use of visuals in class
 Communicate mostly through electronical devices
