Solving Equations- today step 3, 5, 6 Step 1 - Use the Distributive Property to remove parenthesis on EACH side of the equation Step 2 - Clear the equation of fractions and decimals mulitply each term by lowest common denominator Step 3 - Combine Like Terms on EACH side Step 4 - Use addition or subtraction to put all variable terms on one side of the equation Step 5 - Undo addition or subtraction Step 6 - Undo multiplication or division
