Somebody shoulda told me!
I made a mistake and said I could cover WAY too much in 30 minutes
Suspend the niceities of the set up and dive right in
If you have questions, I normally like you to ask as they come up, but I fear I won’t be able to get thru this all.. So please wait.
Consider these lightening rounds!
30 minutes/4 = about 6 minutes each +startup and close and MAYBE a couple questions.

Presume you know how to get images INTO the media library and how to get a single image onto a page or post
check engine light comes on and off periodically
Unless your car starts smoking or stalls completely head over to an auto parts store and have them run a diagnostic to find the cause of the check engine light. Call ahead and make sure they can handle your make and model, since some cars have special computers. Once you're at the store, they'll come out and plug a small computer underneath your dashboard and read back a code stating what happened to the car.
