needs walking aids.
He needs to go to a mall, so he goes to the nearest
mall, North Point Mall.
A group of helpers made a journal to North Point
Mall to improve the excess to the disabled

The lift is too small
The lift’s buttons- Not disabled-friendly
Emergency Stairs, no ramp

19. Solutions
Change the lifts to larger lifts if possible
Install a side panel in the lifts
MORE LIFTS!!!! (If possible, more handlebars too!!)
Install more travellators
Add a ramp in all the emergency exits

Using a Wheeled Walker is:
Very hard
Movement is restricted
Old and slow
Difficult to get around
