Working as urban planning engineer at Al-Qotr surveying office (Riyadh – KSA) In the
framework of the following projects :
 Rehabilitation for Abha city urban range through cadastral survey and urban
database
 Technical support in the municipality of Nafi "Dawadmi -Riyadh region"
- studies for new projects (design, diagrams and specifications and conditions)
- analysis of tender offers for new projects
- Design of squares , road intersections
- supervision of the execution of the following projects :
- Establishment of Gardens and plazas and walkways in Nafi at several sites belonging to the
municipality
- Development of the urban environment adjacent to valleys in Nafi
- Establishment of a general Park in Nafi the "second phase"

3.  Advisory studies for restriction and documentation of the demolished and
ramshackle and abandoned buildings for some districts in the city of Riyadh
including:
Restriction for the buildings , required data collection from site and taking photos , making DB then
classification and setting priorities , making cadastral survey for selected buildings
 Planning of a residential neighborhood east of Riyadh city (complete design till
approval phase)
 The implementation of the cadastral survey and "altabteer" works For grant plans in
Riyadh region , first and second phase including :
drawing , Locating and projection for plans according to survey data – creating DB for cadastral
survey and plans - Format maps and drawings and the final project outputs – making cadastral
reports for all the selected parcels of these plans .
 Making cadastral reports and Segmentation for land parcels .
