master developer company engaged to create, build and manage the Prince Sultan Culture City. Responsible for the
geometric design of four roundabouts in the project scope, 3D modelling, design contour, setting out data. Also,
responsible for generating cut and fill drawings of all roads in the project scope, generating levels band and preparation
of detailed design drawings etc.

Baku White City – Baku, Azerbaijan (Detailed Design)
Worked for Azerbaijan Development Company (ADEC). The total site area of 244 Ha situated to the east of the city
centre and forms part of the historic Bibi-Heybat oilfield, the first oil field in the world. Responsible for the geometric
design of specific roundabouts in the project scope, 3D modelling, design contour, setting out data and grading design.
Al Marjan Double Tree by Hilton Rak – Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Detailed Design)
Worked for Mohammed Ruqait Real Estate. This project is an extension to the existing Hilton Hotel located on the
Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Responsible for the geometric design of all roads in the project scope, 3D modelling,
parking design, design contour, setting out data. Also, preparation of detailed cross-sections and preparation of detailed
design drawings.
Design and construction of Duhail intersection and Al Gharrafa Street - Doha, Qatar (Tender Design)
Worked for contractor Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC). The proposed road is around 4.8 kilometres.
Responsible for the geometric design of major roads in the project scope, 3D modelling, preparation of detailed cross-
sections, profiles and preparation of tender drawings. The design of major roads in the project scope includes at grade
intersections, grade separated interchanges and tunnel.
Master Planning of Grand Hills Development - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working for Grand Hills International Real Estate Development L.L.C. The Grand Hills Development is a mixed-use
development of 172 hectares with an estimated population of 46500 people. Responsible for grading design, generating
cut and fill drawings of all roads in the project scope, generating levels band and compilation of design report.
Master Planning of Al Mughtarah Development – Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Worked for Al Mughtarah. The Al Mughtarah site is located in the northwest of Riyadh Covering an area of
approximately seven million square meters, the site is divided into four quadrants by the Western ring road and a
planned road running perpendicular through the site. Responsible for the geometric design of all roads in the project
