MOD Project Manager
Responsible for the deployment of Site Support Cabinets (SSC’s) to 250 Modernization sites
in the Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Wichita markets.
Site Walks- traveled to each site to plan for the best location for SSC.
Redlined Drawings- marked construction drawings with desired location of
SSC for cabinet deployment.
Crew Management- managed and tracked crew deployment to each site
during the installation of SSC.
AAV Project Manager
Responsible for the delivery of Ethernet to over 300 sites in the Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and
Wichita markets.
Site Walks- coordinated with AT&T/COX engineers to develop a specific fiber
delivery plan for each site.
Redlined Drawings- finalized fiber delivery plans using adobe acrobat to
redline construction drawings and surveys.
NTP’s- submitted redline drawings to MLA’s for plan approval. Entitlement
process consisted of lease and survey reviews, as well as managing PO’s for
application fees.
POR’s- created and managed PO’s for MLA’s and general contractors.
Application fees were created for MLA’s, and PO’s were created to cover the
cost of construction for each contractor. Negotiated construction costs and
developed cost effective plan for budget.
Crew Management- managed over 10 crews during the execution of fiber
delivery plan. Tracked progress and ensured consistent completion dates.
Closeouts- submitted documents and pictures to MLAs to complete closeout
requirements.
