The AGREEMENT is dated as of 24.02.2016 by and between Telecommunications Consultants
India Ltd., C.R No.1010172193, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Herein after referred to as the
“FIRST PARTY”) duly represented by Mr.Vishnu K.Joshi, General Manager
AND
Digital World International Company, C.R. No. 1010289393, Riyadh, duly represented by
Mr. Mudasir Khan, Division Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
 Complete the physical survey of the District, note down the Lat/Long of the boundaries of
the district, note down the street details, lat/long of each building, Vacant plots, Actual
buildings, note down if they are SDU/MDU in the prescribed format of Mobily.
 For the purpose of initial survey the number of dwellings may be taken as equal to the
number of SEC connections available in the buildings.
 Transferring all the surveyed information in to an auto cad drawing, the periphery, as contour
and building layout taken from GIS for reference.
 Making the auto cad with the orientation similar to that of the GIS map and making the
drawings for all buildings, Vacant plots as per physical survey.
 Prepare the initial duct layout using the above information as per the mobily design standard.
 Prepare the cable and fiber schematic design including FDT configuration, Manhole/Hand
hole design, numbering of whether it is SDU/MDU as per site survey report.
 Bring the details of road names and street names wherever available and their intersections.
 Following the layering and colour scheme of Mobily standard.
