In 2012, I received a bachelor degree in Urban and Regional planning at
University of Al-Azhar, Which provided me solid skills in planning and
designing neighborhoods, new towns, studies of local, master, structural and
regional plans which made me do my best in order to obtain a perfect concept.
I am seeking for a job in a growing work environment, which offers career

Holy Makkah Municipality and Municipality of the Eastern Region.
March 2013 – Present: Urban and Regional Planner / M C E – Al-Muhaid
Consulting Engineers, Head Office Riyadh-KSA, Planning and Urban Studies
Department.
 Comprehensive development project for the provinces of Wady AL-dawaser,
AL-Sulayil and AL-Aflag, (The owner of the project: deputy governorate of
Riyadh region for regional municipalities).
Job responsibilities & list of duties:
 Core Team Member Covering Project Management, Coordination,
Comprehensive Development and Regional Planning.
 Co-ordination with the municipalities principal and subsidiary to perform the
Physical, social and economic survey, and a member in a team assigned to draft
strategic policies for the national & municipal levels.
 Assisting in the analysis of the planning data (regulations, codes, land use,
densities…. Etc.), Preparing technical notes & presentation materials as required.
 Assistance in the formation of the detailed database manner of geographic
information systems for cities (al-aflag, al-badie, al-ahmer, al-hadar, wady al-
dawaser, al-Sulayil) after the preparation their own surveys, and then set up maps
of the current situation of the provinces in all studies.
 Preparation of reports and regional studies and analysis for the current situation of
the three provinces of the project under the so-called study (study of the current
situation and analysis), which is the second stage of the project consists of six
stages, This stage includes the preparation of several special studies for the
comprehensive development of these provinces, such as:
• the study of the national framework and regional relationships for the
provinces of the project with the rest of the provinces of the Kingdom.
• urban Studies of the provinces and cities its subsidiaries and consequently.
• environmental and natural studies.
• demographic and social studies.
• economic studies and infrastructural of the provinces and cities its
subsidiaries.
• Careful follow-up with the municipalities of the project its principal and
subsidiary to collect and inventory the entire provinces and cities its
subsidiaries data and then documentation and the adoption of this data
through the municipalities of the provinces to give us a full and clear
picture of the situation and the nature of each province, which enables us to
set up a strong study based on correct and realistic data.
 This stage was adopted by the follow-up group for deputy governorate of Riyadh
region for regional municipalities.

 Assistance in the preparation of the development strategy report of the provinces,
which is the third stage of the project, which was called (comprehensive
development strategy for the provinces of wady al-dawaser, al-Sulayil and
al-Aflag), This study, which begins indices derived the current situation to the
provinces, which deduce the overall vision and objectives of development for
each province, and then put the different development alternatives where each
alternative includes to explain the distribution of population and economic
activities, road networks and transport regional and local, After evaluating those
alternatives and scenarios are choice most likely development alternative and is
on along similar lines of development method for provinces until the target year
1450 H.
 Participate in developing several strategic plans for development sectors at the
provinces, such as:
• Social and demographic Development Strategy.
• Regional and physical Development Strategy.
• Services sector development strategy.
• Infrastructure development strategy.
 Is underway adoption of this stage by the follow-up group for deputy governorate
of Riyadh region for regional municipalities.
 Currently, participate in the preparation of detailed plans and proposed projects
and programs implemented in various five-year plans until the year end, which is
the fourth stage of the project, called the (strategies, plans and programs for
sectorial development) which contain development projects across all sectors
and the preparation of executive programs for these projects through the divided
plans into three five-year plans expire at the end of the year 1450 H.
