2. Take it seriously
Most of us are dragged back by fears. Fear is a
powerful factor. You lose confidence in you.
In fact, these days fear is increasing in-spite of
science, education, and globalization.
So, don’t neglect it.
3. What is the cause?
Fear generates due to unknown. No one has a fear
of known. When we do not know something, we
will have fear. And it becomes prominent if we
don't know "How to learn anything".
If we make a commitment to learn lifelong then
this fear will remain away from us. Learn a
framework for learning anything. Tim Ferriss, the
author of "4 Hour Chef" explained such a
framework in this book.
4. What is the cause?
When you have fear, you won't take action. In the
absence of action, one can go into depression. And
depression is the state where one is bombarded
with demotivating thoughts.
Action kills the fear. Action means doing the
required things. When you do the required thing,
fear disappears. Faster you take action, faster fear
goes away.
5. What can you do
to kill the fear?
➔ First of all, define your fear on
the paper. Find out its reason.
➔ Define what is the worst thing
that can happen?
➔ And start improving from the
worst case by taking action.
