  2. 5. <ul><li>POVERTY IN PAKISTAN </li></ul><ul><li>Poverty is one of the major social problem Pakistan is facing. </li></ul><ul><li>It is one of the most important and sensitive issue not only for our self but for the whole world. </li></ul><ul><li>Poverty can cause other social problems like theft, bribe, corruption, adultery, lawlessness, injustice. </li></ul><ul><li>To eradicate the evils of society we have to fight with poverty.   </li></ul>

  5. 10. <ul><li>Student volunteer program objectives: </li></ul><ul><li>To increase a sense of social responsibility and education on introductory volunteer training to Pakistani youth. </li></ul><ul><li>Enhance the care provided to the patients. </li></ul><ul><li>The program involves series of tours, workshops, and lectures delivered by medical professionals. </li></ul>

  11. 26. SOCIAL WELFARE DEPARTMENT Social Welfare Department was established 1st June 2005 inside the premises of The Children Hospital Complex, Multan. Aim is to provide the Medical Assistance in the form of medicines, blood to the poor and needy patients and help poor patients in performing expensive medical investigations. Social Welfare department is providing the services to the Cancer, Dialysis, Thalassemia and Special Children.

  27. 42. Program Description:  Volunteers are needed to support and take care of old people in the care homes. Volunteers would work along local staff in the care homes to provide, personal care, feeding, taking care of Old Home
  28. 43. Description : Teach English, Mathematics, Science and other subjects at our primary schools in urban and rural areas of Kenya. No teaching certificate is required, but native English speakers are preferred. Your voluntary contribution to teach English as a second language in Kenya or to teach other subjects, will be highly appreciated and fulfilling to yourself.
