Water:
By drinking a large
proportion of water can
reduce hunger and
appetites. It can possibly be
the the secret to keep off
weight. At least 8 servings a
day.
Fortified-cereal, bread:
Cereal and wheat meal
bread and at least 6
servings a day provide
enough iron and protein a
day.
Fruit and vegetable:
Fruit and vegetable are high
in fibre, vitamin A and
vitamin C. Remember the acts of 5+day.
Milk, cheese and dairy:
At least 3 servings a day of milk and dairy product provides the right
amount of calcium and protein.
Meat, poultry, fish dry beans and nut group:
2 servings a day also provides enough amount of zinc, protein, iron and
B vitamins.
Fats, oils and sweets:
There are good oils and bad oils. Good fats bad fats. Good fats include
canola oils, sun flower oil, peanut oil walnuts and many more. Bad fats
include ice cream and cheese, butter, chicken with skin also beef, lamb
and pork.
