Julissa Otoya completed a practicum at the Automotive Training Centre, where she assisted the team in office administration by performing general office duties and gaining experience with MS Office, ACT, Lead Centre, QuickBooks, and Outlook applications. She demonstrated a steadfast commitment to her practicum and was always willing to assist and remain involved with assigned tasks. completed her practicum at the Automotive Training Centre April 27, 2015.
Julissa assisted our team in all aspects of office administration, by performing general office
duties, and gained valuable experience in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
She also is versed with other applications such as ACT, Lead Centre, QuickBooks and
Outlook.
We were all very impressed with Julissa’s steadfast commitment to her practicum, as well
as her solid willingness and ability to learn. During her four week practicum, Julissa was
always willing to assist where needed. In addition, she remained very involved with the
task assigned to her.
She always demonstrated an eagerness to learn new tasks, and was well regarded by the
Automotive Training Centre office team.
