INTRODUCTION


       “Every work counts.”

       The line denotes different lessons to anyone. Work counts in every way, even if it

is big or small and paid or not. Most of the people had thought they are only seeking for a

big reward because they have done something for others. But after they see the results of

what they have done and after witnessing the satisfied looks of those individuals whom

they had served, they could also be contented to what they would receive.

       Some of the students today do not know the significance of having a work or a

job. They, people being practical, look to it as barely as a way of earning money.

However, if they would only take it and understand deeper, they could also know and

appreciate the jobs’ existence.

       On-the-Job Training courses for students were offered for college students

because they were in the closest step to having a work after their graduation. It is really

important for them to have an experience and see what is on the real world. See how

difficult it is to find a work that is right for them, how to be interviewed and pass, and

lastly, how work was worked.


Objectives

       The author aims to find a right company that would assist her and guide her until

she is done. And at the end of this On-the-Job Training, the author would want to earn

new knowledge and skills that could help her in the future works.
Time and Place of the OJT

       On-the-Job Training started in the 9th of May 2011 and ended in the 10th of June

2011. And was performed on Cesar V. Areza (CVA) Driving Academy, Inc. Their office

hour is from 8:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon every Mondays to Saturdays.
