Let’s take a trip into
the not-so-distant
future of education--

Where every student has their
own computer or tablet….

Which they use to collaborate
with others from around the
world in problem based
learning tasks…

And complete
differentiated
learning tasks to
ensure all
students receive
the remediation
or acceleration
they need to
succeed.

A future in which
parents are
active
participants in
their child’s
learning through
home-school
connected
learning modules,

And a day away from school
doesn’t mean a day away
from learning.

A future in which books are
not only in paper, but also an
interactive digital format…

And math can be practiced
not only with pencils and
paper, but also through
interactive learning games.

A future in which technology is
not only utilized as a way to
deliver instruction to
students…

But also as a way in which
students can show their
learning through a variety of
projects.

A future in which all educators
are proficient with the NETS-T
standards…

And are ensuring that their
students are becoming
proficient with the NETS-S
standards.
