in Melbourne, Australia and Raffles in Cambodia. Jean-Philippe has also managed
retail operations as well as clustered hotel operations with considerable commercial
success.

properties. In his leadership role, he developed business strategies, aligned marketing

OUR PROCESS GUIDELINES
Our recruitment process is designed to ensure your specific requirements are
completely compatible to the abilities and expectations of our candidates.
Our executive search process is exhaustive. For an easy understanding of how we find the right people for
the right position, we summarised our process into 7 steps.
Before we initiate a search, we would obtain an exclusive contract to officiate your authorisation for us to represent you, and to stipulate
the terms and conditions relevant to our assignment. This also assures our candidates that they are dealing with an official representative.
Based on the approved profile specifications, a recruitment strategy is structured and the search process follows. Utilising all our various
resources, including our extensive database and global referral systems, potential candidates are identified.
All-The-Angles’ approach potential candidates and a screening process is conducted to evaluate their suitability. The candidate undergoes
an in-depth assessment and thorough briefing either in-person or via video conferencing, and through interview techniques we ensure
skills, experience and preference are fully understood, allowing precise compatibility for both our client and our candidate. The pre-qualified
candidate list is then reexamined and through informed decisions, steps are taken to either re-strategise as new criteria develops during the
process, or to proceed to the next stage.
Without jeopardising the confidentiality of the candidate’s situation, preliminary reference checks may be conducted prior to the presentation to
our clients. As the recruitment process continues, candidates are constantly being evaluated with regard to their motivation, communication,
cooperation, professionalism and changes in employment status.
A refined short-list is presented to the client together with relevant documentation and reports to support the candidates’ suitability. Certain
issues will also be disclosed to the client concerning visa and work permits, relocation, family considerations, etc.
All-The-Angles then coordinates the client-candidate interviews, whereby a candidate may proceed to additional interviews that are broader
and more in-depth.
Upon completion of interviews, All-The-Angles will assist with the employment contract negotiation.
Candidates eliminated from the short list or not finally selected for the post will be officially informed by All-The-Angles, together with
important constructive feedback.
To ensure realistic and appropriate recruitment criteria are established for each assignment, a review is conducted to fully understand the
organisation’s culture, structure and management style. We also gather performance requirements and expectations of the position in
order to accurately profile the ideal candidate. This covers the job description, reporting and working hierarchy, objectives and performance
expectations, core competencies and personal qualities that are crucial to the position.
