T4 on the Beach turns 10 this year and for the 8th consecutive year
we’re inviting brands to come & gift or showcase their products to
the attending celebrities in the OFFICIAL T4OTB GIFTING LOUNGE!
When: 1st July 2012
Where: Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset
Set Up: Saturday 30th June @ 6pm
Display Product: Sunday 1st July @ 8am
Talent Retreat Timings: 10am -7pm
Quantity: 150 Gifts approximately
Breakdown: 40/60 Female/Male
Press: Media will be invited into cover the Gifting Lounge and the brands. The whole show is
broadcast live on Channel 4 and E4 and several of the Postcards from T4OTB are filmed in our Gifting

The gifting lounge provides 2 of your Marketing/PR staff with the opportunity to:
*Personally introduce your product line to the celebrities and press.
*Have photos taken of the celebrities with your product
*Establish direct contact & build relationships with the artists, management & stylists
Fee: £3k (+ £1k optional fee for accommodation and transportation of stock)

2. ROI
£3k Fee Includes:
 Backstage access and accreditation
 10ft space in the professionally-styled Gifting Lounge
• Photographs of Celebrities at YOUR stand and with YOUR products
• Full logistical info before event (including photos of invited Celebrities)
• Access to press & film crews
• Link to DropBox.com to download images
• 2 Brand representatives in the Gifting Lounge
• Gifting Lounge hostesses to bring Celebrities to your stand
• Personal introduction to Celebrities
£1k Transportation Package
• Transportation of stock and POS material from London
• Storage of excess stock on site
• Overnight accommodation for two (twin room) on Saturday night
• Meal vouchers for two on the Sunday
• Two extra tickets to show (not backstage passes though)
• Transportation of stock and remaining POS back to London
£4k package also includes follow-up with celebrities post event, for additional product placement
opportunities.
£500 SOCIAL MEDIA Bolt‐On Package:
Fully integrated, live social media campaign direct from the event, including real time publication
of brand‐specific photography and video, Twitter/Facebook status updates and posting across
multiple fan pages.
