The show brings power back to ‘shout out’ television and community involvement. With the best
of current music videos being showcased by guest hosts, we guarantee maximum prime time
viewership. The show will air Prime Time (Friday 9pm, Saturday 9pm & Monday 9pm) targeting
the Youth Market Viewers making them the driving force behind the show. Not only do they have
an opportunity to watch their favourite video but they also get the opportunity to host the show.
We would set up brand specific Social Media Accounts where viewers would upload their favorite
Brands Moments and stand a chance to win a Brand Specific Hamper and the opportunity to be
the host for an episode. As host they get to send their shout outs to their friends and family in the
community and introduce the line-up of music videos for each episode. This creates a unique
dynamic where each viewer from the Pretoria Community feels personally connected to the show
& the guest anchor.
3. SCHOOL / COLLEGE VISITS
Each week our anchor host visits local schools/colleges and gives selected individuals the
opportunity to send their shout outs. Nothing drives viewership like the school
communities waiting for a chance to see themselves on TV. These visits will present an
opportunity to do Brand Specific Activations, getting the brand or product out to the
consumer.
4. PRODUCT PLACEMENT
Giving hampers to our guest hosts not only puts product on the TV Screens but it also
puts high quality branded merchandise into the community. The merchandise will
become sought after must haves. Every young adult in Pretoria will be desperate to enter
the Guest Host Search to get their share of merchandise
5. SPONSORSHIP OPTION
• 3 Month Contract – 01 November 2016 to 31 January 2017
• R100,000.00 per month
• 33.3% Ownership of Show of Gumba Faya
• 2 Adverts per Episode in Prime Time (1 x Gumba Faya; 1 x Prime Time = 24 Adverts per month)
• 2 x 15min Logo Display per Episode for 1/3 of Show (2 x 180 Minutes per month)
• Opening / Closing Billboard (24 per month)
• 3 Mins per Episode dedicated to Activations, Giveaways, Shout-outs, Brand awareness, etc…(36 minutes
per month)
• Presenter – Branded clothing on a rotational basis
• 3 x Activations per brand, per month, within JHB / Pretoria
• Additional footage outside province can be supplied by sponsor to be edited into the show
• Social Media Management – Direct traffic to Sponsors Website via links
• Show Times - Friday 21h00 to 22h00 / Saturday 21h00 to 22h00 / Monday 21h00 to 22h00
• Repeat during the day at the discretion of Tshwane TV.
