only hired, fired and trained all of the managers and
employees but also oversaw the daily operations of
these stores.
From 2001 to 2014, Troy worked as a Financial Advisor,
Field Trainer & Success Coach in Edward Jones - Albert
Lea MN. He started his office from the ground level by
literally knocking on doors in the neighborhoods and at
the businesses around his office. Over 15 years, he grew
his office to more than $100 million in assets and was
ranked in the top 10% of advisors in the company.

From 2014 to 2016, Troy Irvine served as the VP of

to lead the Wealth Management division of the firm and
he accepted to serve on the leadership team. Geno
Wichman in the wealth management division tasked
him to implement the Traction Business Strategy. During
his tenure in the firm, he helped grow the wealth
management division from $20 to $70 million in assets.
He was ranked in the top 10% of all advisors with their
broker dealer for his sales production.
Troy Irvine is also the former owner of MR Sandless of
Southern Minnesota Franchise. Recently, he sold the
franchise and decided to pursue a new position in sales.
