We want to lead the way in the sporting goods industry,
but to do this we must be constantly changing.
Change is like running a successful marathon. It starts long
before the race begins. Preparation is key. And it takes time
and effort.
We have to challenge ourselves to change. To be mentally
and physically agile. It won’t ever be easy but even the set-
backs are an opportunity to learn and become stronger.
So that when we take the first step in the race, we have the
confidence to stay the distance. And when we take the last
step, we know we have given it everything.
Our success depends on our ability to change. And every
time we change, we make progress.
Achieving our personal best.
