Results (draft) <ul><li>Isolation of Variables </li></ul><ul><ul><li>It is extremely difficult to isolate behaviour change from other variables e.g. external temperature, visitor numbers. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Real Time Information </li></ul><ul><ul><li>RTI is a prompt and an enabler, but behaviour transformation needs more than this. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>People </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Individuals are most likely to change their behaviour when they are interacting positively with other people. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Management </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Individuals need to see the organisation acting in the same way that they are being asked to behave. </li></ul></ul>
