• FAMILY EMERGENCY FUND
– Provides financial assistance to families of children with
cancer
– Aim is to stabilize families by easing some of the financial
burdens caused by child’s diagnosis and ongoing treatment
– Assistance leaves family better able to care for child

– Since 2003, assistance level has
grown from $30,000 to $90,000
with needs continuing to rise
