This letter is being provided as a professional reference for James Ayer, formerly Chief Financial
Officer for Noble International, Ltd. North America. Due to the drastic economic downturn, he has only
been an employee of Noble for approximately six months. Jim was, however, a much needed addition
to our team when he came aboard. He brought an in-depth knowledge of financial practices and
principles to our table. Most importantly, he quickly assembled a strong team of professionals to
manage all aspects of the finance and accounting departments.
In his position, Jim was responsible for overseeing finance operations for 11 operating plants throughout
the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In this capacity, he managed Accounts Payables and
Receivables, Cost Accounting, Plant Budgeting and Forecasting, and SOX Compliance utilizing best
practices he gained throughout his experience with previous employers. Jim has demonstrated skills as a
