3. MY GOAL
I will do 100 Body Weight Squats every Tuesday and
Thursday for the duration of the semester.
I chose this goal because this is a realistic exercise
and a good stress reliever.
4. STEPS FOR ACCOMPLISHMENT
I will accomplish this goal by making sure I do them
each Tuesday and Thursday by self motivation.

6. PROCESS
I woke up around 7:30 each morning
I started my stopwatch
I did 100 body weight squats
I stopped my stopwatch
I recorded the time taken
7. RESULTS
My goal was successful
I feel great about accomplishing my goal and I will
probably continue to do body weight squats or
other, similar exercises in the mornings as it helped
a lot with alleviating stress.
