  1. 1. Forehand Stroke Hold the racquet with Eastern or Semi-western Grip Feet shoulder apart Lean your body Forward
  2. 2. Rotate your shoulder to the right Bring your racquet back Forehand Stroke
  3. 3. One step forward Transfer your weight back to front Forehand Stroke
  4. 4. Contact with the ball below waist Contact with the ball in front (near front foot) Forehand Stroke
  5. 5. Swing upward about 45 degree Finish swing with correct follow throw Forehand Stroke
  6. 6. Backhand Stroke Feet shoulder apart Switch grip from eastern grip to Continental grip
  7. 7. Rotate shoulder to left or right Bring your racquet back around your waist Backhand Stroke
  8. 8. Transfer your weight back to front Racquet butt should face forward Backhand Stroke
  9. 9. Contact with the ball at waist level Keep your eyes on the ball until hitting the ball Backhand Stroke
  10. 10. Swing upward about 45 degree Finish swing with correct follow throw Backhand Stroke
