2. MY GOAL
S-(specific) I will join a yoga, pilattes or zumba class to tone
my legs and lose 3 to 5lbs.
M-(measurable) I'll weigh myself when the class is completely
over because I will be taking two half semester sessions.
A-(achievable) It is very achievable because I didn't set my
goals too high. I'm more looking to just tone my legs.
R-(realistic) It is realistic because I will be forced to go to class
and I also plan on eating healthier options.
T-(timely) I hope to have reached my goal by the end of the
semester when my last class is over.
