GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. Convention Dates & Venue: July 1-3, 2017 at La Carmela de Boracay. Those who will arrive one day ahead or opt to stay one day after the
convention is not officially covered by the convention registration fee. Chaperone/children will be charged the full amount.
2. Registration Fee: The registration fee for both advisers and student leaders is P5,500.00. Live-out Participants shall be charged P4,500,00
inclusive of convention kit, meals & snacks, and certificate of participation, except room accommodation.
3. For registration, please note the following:
a. Registration will be done via email. Please email registration to rolando_musca@yahoo.com.
b. Kindly input all information as accurately as possible. In order to minimize, if not totally eliminate typographical errors in preparing the
delegates’ certificates and convention directory. The Secretariat will extract or import all information from the online registration, thus, the
necessity for accuracy.
c. No fax or e-mail will be entertained for registration, since PACSA is streamlining the registration process to ensure accuracy & security of
information being submitted online.
d. Proofs of payment such as scanned deposit slip (cash or check) or receipts must be sent together with the name of the school and names of
delegates to check for matching with the names sent thru email. Kindly send proof of payment using the same email address,
rolando_musca@yahoo.com., to be considered officially registered. Cut-off date to be ensured of priority in accommodation is Friday, July
15, 2017.
e. Same proofs of payment should be presented upon on-site registration in La Carmela de Boracay, together with your school’s Tax
Identification Number (TIN) since the BIR receipt requires it.
4. For accommodation, please take note of the following:
a. Only those with complete payment will be given priority in their accommodation.
b. As much as possible, advisers will be accommodated separately from the students.
c. We highly encourage networking of advisers with fellow-advisers and student leaders with fellow-student leaders.
d. We will prioritize only up to 300 pre-registered delegates for accommodations due to the limited slots of the venue, and the rest will be
housed in another hotel.
e. Walk-ins will be entertained but they will have higher probability of being billeted in another hotel.
5. Mode of Payment. Cash or check payments are acceptable. Please make checks payable to Philippine Association of Campus Student
Advisers (PACSA) Account Number 0151-0221-89, BPI - España, Sampaloc, Manila.
6. Attire: Delegates are encouraged to dress up appropriately, e.g., smart casual. No shorts, slippers or sandos will be allowed during sessions.
Kindly bring your swimming attire.
a. During the opening ceremony, all delegates will be required to wear the Convention shirt that will be distributed as part of the kits during
registration.
