3. Q: What is the interview process
and when is it likely to take place?
4. We have a two stage interview process for the Globaleye Graduate scheme. In the
UK we invite candidates to a first stage interview in Manchester to meet with one
of our representatives for a 30 minute, one on one interview.
If successful at the first stage, candidates will be invited to join us for a half day,
2nd stage interview process. This will involve various assessments including a
technical interview during which you will be expected to give an insurance based
presentation, a competency interview, role playing scenarios, in addition there is
a tour of our office, an opportunity to meet and talk to some of our current
candidates as well as lunch with BDMs and Recruiters across the firm
First stage interviews for the UK graduate scheme will occur in the first two weeks
of every month. The second stage interviews will be held during the third week of
every month.

15. Q: What are the benefits of
working for Globaleye?
16. Making sure that we have enough money for the end of our working days is the
biggest financial challenge most of us ever face. As we live longer and retirement
years increase, solid savings become ever more important. That’s we have
introduced the Globaleye Provident Plan, which is effectively a personal pension
plan with great returns. A Globaleye employee will also have exclusive access to our
Group Medical Plan, Group Life Insurance and Accidental Cover.
Operating as a Limited Liability Company, the company’s 250+ Wealth Managers are
allowed to operate their business in such a way that has led to the sustained success
of Globaleye and a corporate culture of inclusiveness, personal encouragement and
development which helps us recruit and retain the very best people.
