Our training programme starts from your first day, with a structured induction programme across the
business.
Personal coaching and mentoring is delivered via monthly one to ones and team meetings, allowing you to
create a personal development plan to excel in your role.
Investing in our team is essential as we aim to promote from within, and our Management
Development Programme equips newly appointed managers with the skills they need.
We also offer support for professional qualifications in your area of work, with members of our team
currently studying for CIMA, CIM and CIPD qualifications.

3. Your Development
Different departments working together is how we’ve built our success, so we recently invested in a series
of cross-departmental activity days, where members of different teams worked together on a series of
exciting and unusual challenges.
Everyone from the Executive Management Team through to IT, Sales, Marketing and Finance took part
and similar activities are planned for the future to build on their success.

We match a 2% employee contribution to your pension with a 5% employer contribution, as well as giving
5% monthly cash bonus based on your salary once you enrol on the pension scheme.
5. Healthcare
All our team are enrolled on Level 1 of a company-paid health cash plan scheme, with the
opportunity to upgrade to a higher level or add cover for a partner. The scheme has a range of benefits,
including optical, dental and emergency cover.
Healthcare treatments are also available on site, with monthly visits from a chiropodist and on-site
massages – all covered by the scheme.
If you’re looking to keep fit, you can sign up to one of the on-site circuit classes led by a fully-qualified
instructor.

However you travel to work, we can help, with subsidised car parking (Manchester office only), Season Ticket
Loans for over-ground train travel, a Cycle to Work scheme and reduced price monthly Stagecoach bus
tickets (Manchester office only) all on offer.
Dependent on the business needs of the organisation, we support flexible working across all of our
departments, and also offer 29 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays (5 are automatically allocated for
the Christmas closedown).

7. Company culture
While our team is large enough for us to be the market leaders, it’s also close-knit enough to know everyone
by name.
Annual social events include our Christmas party and summer barbeque, while our charity weeks get
