2. 10) Profession Tax Number of the Company along with latest challan
IF Company does not have PT number, let us know. We will apply.
11) Profession Tax Number of the ALL Director along with latest challan
IF any partner does not have PT number, let us know. We will apply.
Note :

At the time of registration, the original documents (As mentioned above) would be required for
the verification by the officials of the MVAT.

In case place of Business to be registered is in Mumbai, the concerned registration department
will be Mazgaon Sales Tax Department & DD draft as mentioned in Point No.7 shall be prepared
only from Nationalised Bank in the name of "Bank of Maharashtra A/C MVAT"

In case place of Business to be registered is OTHER THAN Mumbai, DD draft as mentioned in Point
No.7 shall be prepared only from Nationalised Bank in the name of "State Bank of India A/C
