School Administrator
1) Be able to converse well in English.
2) Must be able to work on weekday evenings and Saturdays/Sundays.
3) Familiar with basic accounting and cash collections.
4) Understand A­level education well.
5) Strong IT skills in Microsoft and online/web based applications.
Personal Assistant to Director
1) Be able to converse well in English.
2) Tasks include: screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when
appropriate; organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments and dealing with
incoming emails on behalf of director.
3) Strong IT skills in Microsoft and online/web based applications.
4) Minimum Diploma holder.
Personal Driver
1) Experience as a personal chauffeur would be an advantage.
2) Possess valid Class 3 licence with at least 5 years of driving experience with good safety
record.
3) Good geographical and route knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia.
4) Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Security Guard
1) Monitor ​and authorize entrance and exit of students, visitors, and other persons to maintain
security of premises.
2) Perform cash replenishment / collection / deliveries at ATM machines.
