One of the key challenges met by individuals venturing into self-employment such as consultants or "auto-entrepreneurs", either by choice or forced into it, is to project themselves financially over the next few weeks, months and years. Gross income evaluation is the first, universal, step that every individual needs to take, independently from the country he lives in and the financial, tax, health&social systems rules that impact on the net income. This second part is the most interesting to develop and I invite any interested party to take contact to discuss this further.

general ruling’ outplacement (new) Is applicable to all employees dismissed after January 1st, 2014 with a notice period of 30 weeks or more. ‘special ruling’ outplacement (=CAO 82bis) Applicable when the employee does not qualify for the criteria as stipulated in the general ruling but does match the criteria described in CLA 82bis.
