  1. 85,2% des personnes occupées exercent un emploi de salarié, contre 14,8 % qui exercent un emploi non salarié ou indépendant (y compris la main-d’œuvre familiale).   2. general ruling’ outplacement (new)  Is applicable to all employees dismissed after January 1st, 2014 with a notice period of 30 weeks or more.  ‘special ruling’ outplacement (=CAO 82bis)  Applicable when the employee does not qualify for the criteria as stipulated in the general ruling but does match the criteria described in CLA 82bis. The employees corresponds to all of the following criteria :  Be 45 years old or older on the day of this dismissal;  Work at least 50% or more for this employer  Have at least one year of service at the moment of dismissal:;  Dismissed by the employer but not on the basis of serious misconduct;
