CAREER GUIDANCE FOR OPPORTUNITIES IN INDIA
Date of Event: 05-07-2019.
The speaker for this career guidance program, which included selected students from
different disciplines, was Mr. Muniyandi R, Assistant Professor, Department of Civil
Engineering, from our internal expert faculty.
He discussed work opportunities in various engineering disciplines in India. He listed
the types of jobs available in both the public and private sectors of India. A total of 49 students
participated in and benefited from the program. Students from I CSE got benefitted in this
event.

CAREER GUIDANCE BY YUVA
J. N. N yuva along with the YI Chennai chapter has initiated to conduct back-to-back
Yuva Youth conclave sessions at our college premises on 28th February 2020. The sessions
included - Board Rooms, Huddle, Blue Ocean Dialogue, and Master Class. The sessions are
handled by leading Yi members. A total of 36 students from I MBA attended the program.

JNN RISE, An exclusive incorporated personality development program was
inaugurated on (06.01.2020) at the J.N.N Institute of Engineering Campus.
J.N.N has joined with RIPE Global, a pioneer in student competence enrichment and
industry readiness program. The goal of this project is to create youth icons at J.N.N.
Our Vice-Chairman Mr. Naveen inaugurated the JNN Rise in front of Dr.V.Vijay
Anand Sriram CEO RIPE Global by traditional Lamp Lighting. 43 students joined in the
inauguration with a lot of eagerness. Dr. G. Gunasekaran, Principal J.N.N Institute of
Engineering greeted the gathering.

2018 to 07-09-2018 by chief guest Mr. Krishna Suresh.
He discussed about how to prepare for government exams and or higher studies. A total
of 169 students participated from I ECE and II ECE and benefited from the program.

AWARENESS OF JOB OPPOURTUNITY IN GERMANY
Mr. Hari Prasad Aleswaram from Magdevurgh University was the chief guest for this
program held on 01-10-2018 to 05-10-2018. He addressed the final year students about how to
do higher studies in Germany. Total of 75 students from II EEE and II MECH attended the
program and got benefitted.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARENESS PROGRAM
Entrepreneurship Awareness Program was organized on 17-09-2018 to 21-09-2018. The chief
guest of the event was invited from the MHRD ministry of central palmgur and palm products
institute, and it organized along with the government of India under the MSME section. Total
of 40 students attended the program.

CAREER GUIDANCE USING STEP
STEP, the Hindu Group, and J N N Institute of Engineering collaborated to provide
students with a 5-day English training program from 04-02-2019 to 08-02-2019. In total, 54
students from I CIVIL, I MECH and II CIVIL participated in the program and benefited.

BEC (British English Certification), and J N N Institute of Engineering collaborated to provide
students English training program on 12-02-2018. Experts from British English council
delivered the course to students. In total, 270 students from Ist year of all departments
participated in the program and benefited from it.
